How accessible are managers and do they make good mentors? You may want to address internal communication, performance feedback or praise and recognition.
Direct manager has always been an excellent mentor and willing to help at any time

The teams I have worked with were fairly small (3-5 people) so managers were easily accessible. We have regular bi-weekly catchups which provides a good opportunity to keep up to date and also receive feedback/praise.

Management makes a real effort to communicate with new graduates. I have met many upper management in my short time with the company and have always felt comfortable in these conversations.

Trainers and boss are good. So far so good haven't had any bad experiences yet. My CIO offered me parental paternity leave even though I couldn't access it until after 12 months but I needed it as I had a newborn born 3 months into my job.
