What Graduates Say About Them
  • Being able to work remotely most of the time. I didn't have to relocate for the role and am not disadvantaged from my decision to work from Sydney. - Everyone has a Rostered Day Off (RDO) every 2 weeks. The 3-day weekend every fortnight helps maintain good work-life balance.
  • I get to make decision with tangible impacts to our electricity network improving safety and reliability
  • The opportunities to learn and grow. They can give me experience in any field of the business which is incredible. Also my team is awesome!
  • Healthy working environment, supportive colleagues
  • Location may not suit everyone
  • It's a large company and it can be hard to understand what each team does if you don't interact with them. There is also constant change in the company structure which can be hard to keep track of.
  • Nothing apparent at this early stage.
  • Some Engrained cultures
