Cultural & Linguistic Diversity at Quantium

Q.Harmony has the goal of supporting and developing the contribution of the different perspectives that cultural diversity brings to Quantium. Our goals fall into two pillars, Awareness and Support.

Awareness - Raising awareness within Quantium can assist equipping all employees with the understanding and context in which our culturally diverse talent might be operating in and the unconscious bias behaviours we may exhibit in our day to day activities.

Support - Provide mentoring, sponsorship and networking opportunities for culturally diverse talent to support inclusion within Quantium.
