We are a Rainbow Tick accredited employer and have an established Rainbow Committee.

Our Rainbow Committee supports GHD to provide a safe and inclusive workplace where everyone feels supported to reach their potential.

Together, we work to raise awareness and visibility of the Rainbow community throughout GHD. We promote inclusiveness, acceptance and individuality, and guide our People and Management teams on developing inclusive policies that support and empower our people.

Our New Zealand business is Rainbow Tick certified, which is embodied in our strategies for enhancing gender equity and cultural diversity, for our people. Now in our third year of our Rainbow Inclusion strategy, we focus on an increasing engagement through events that celebrate the Rainbow community, including Pride and Wear it Purple Day.
