Our Graduate Development Program.

The graduate program offered by BG&E Resources helps participants develop a strong foundation of relevant skills and experience. It achieves this through a combination of formal, interactive, and informal learning experiences, as well as on-the-job exposure, project rotations across multiple disciplines, and onsite visits.

The graduate program will help you:
