Very flexible, so long as you complete your contracted hours (for most people this is 38 hours per week) there is a great degree of flexibility in when you do them. Some people start or finish earlier or later, working from home for a few days per week is an option, and many people choose to do a compressed fortnight, working increased hours for 9 days and taking every second friday off.

The work hours are flexible in the rotation I am in so far. It is actually quite relaxed - as long as I finish my 40 hours a week of work, attend all meetings I am required to be at and meet all the deadlines that are coming up, I am able to fit my schedule around my personal life freely.
