Please describe the training programmes at your company and tell us what skills you've picked up.
I have done informal training by visiting the workshop and discussing what the technicians do, as well as being informally trained in more core project management skills. As I am doing a lot of scheduling work I have also attended some training courses for Microsoft Project to develop my skills there.

I think I have learnt a lot about the PMO space. I have learnt a lot in regard to using programmes such as Microsoft Project, and I have been learning a lot about the business, especially since this is my first rotation in the Graduate Programme. There have also been other training courses which I have attended, irrelevant to my current rotation, but it had been good information to know as it broadens my knowledge.

General development and training is good - I've received increased excel awareness and participated in some linked in learning.

Internal training opportunities are good with multiple online platforms available being one internal platform as well as LinkedIn Learning. Externally there has not been many options for face to face learning but as graduated students I guess we should already have the skills and understanding required for the job.

Training is often available, not all of it is the most useful to your day to day however from a breadth of understanding view, it is all good.

I have not completed any job training yet, but have heard from others it is satisfactory.
