Salary at Babcock Australia & New Zealand

About the same as the other offers I received in the engineering/project management field.

I have heard that the grads in Australia earn a fair bit more than the grads here in NZ do, but I think overall, grads in Babcock are paid quite a bit more than the grads in other companies.

The initial pay could be better but there is salary increases every 6 months for the graduate program.

General pay is pretty good, and with pay increases a couple of times throughout the program.

I believe that graduate salary is very competitive. The only 'bonuses' come from referrals though.

Its a good pay, no bonuses or overtime pay except in the absolute rarest of circumstances (I've never had it or known someone to get it after 1.5 years). hence why you only really do the hours you are contracted for

No bonuses. I am happy with my pay as a starting point and hopeful to progress as my career develops.

The pay is industry standard, but we do not get bonuses.

I think it's cool how we have so many employee discounts. I think it's also useful to have the CARE programme not only for myself, but my family too.

If wanting to move to another location where the company operates, they will fund the cost of moving if it's actively for a project.
