Yes, I am very satisfied with my manager. I think that he provides good advice and has great knowledge in the PM field. He also makes a good mentor, as he provided a lot of tools that have been guiding me as I start my career.

I find managers to be a bit overwhelmed, with restructuring the company and generally busy with meetings and that can make it hard to get into contact with them. General feedback varies to whether it is provided or not. I do find that the selection of mentors is pretty good, and it helps to have someone who you can ask questions to.

Yes my direct managers have been great. I feel like the communication and frequency of from Grad program managers could be a bit better however I understand that they are busy with reorganising and finding a new coordinator.

Engineering Managers are all really open, happy to give feedback. I wont speak about the other types as I don't know.
