As a grad, we rotate in different parts of the MEST over the 2-year programme. I am currently in the PMO team, which oversees a lot of the processes which tie together the different teams within the MEST. As part of the PMO, my day-to-day responsibilities so far include supporting other members of the PMO where I can. This includes attending meetings, writing minutes, preparing documents to be published after these meetings. Part of this is also doing training required for my role such as learning how to use certain programmes and be exposed to different working environments as we collaborate with different teams. Being in the PMO has helped me understand more about how the different functions in the business work together.
