  • Strong sense of community within the company. Management is very horizontal and easy to work with.
  • The people! Everyone's so willing to help and support you.

  • So many supportive co-workers, exciting company, many opportunities for growth and travel
  • Late nights here and there due to time zones. It's a global company and working in Australia means we're 'ahead' of our counterparts in terms of time zones.

Company culture is work hard, play hard. You are expected to produce great work but will be greatly rewarded for doing so. The people are great and mostly love to work together and provide help. People are very friendly and love to socialise.

The first stage was a personal questionnaire, resume and cover letter. This was followed by an aptitude test. Then, you undertake a short screening interview that lasts approximately 30 minutes and gives you the opportunity to ask questions about the company and the role you are applying for. The final stage is a panel interview that lasts approximately 60-75 minutes.

P&G offers a range of mentorship services with more senior individuals within and outside of your team. They also ensure you have weekly one on one sessions with your manager and other team leaders, ensuring you continue to learn and develop skills. A range of workshops and seminars are held for the company so employees can get together, share skills and learn.
