At P&G, we fully embrace the notion of bringing 100% of who you are, both professionally and personally, to work every day. We know that when our colleagues feel comfortable in their environment, their ideas can make a lasting impact on each other, on our customers, and on our family of brands.  Our GABLE (Gay, Ally, Bisexual, and Lesbian Employees) affinity group is one of our three globally recognized affinity groups, with a goal of creating an inclusive environment where LGBT employees feel valued, accepted, and able to perform at their peak.

P&G Australia has officially launched our largest-ever activation to support Sydney WorldPride and Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras, as we choose to "Lead with Love".
 
What started as an employee affinity group has grown into a major corporate partnership, championing LGBTQIA+ representation in advertising, and creating positive change in society. Our activations have come to life through major Australian retailer partners with support to Minus18 Foundation, a LGBTQIA+ youth charity.
