Recruitment Process

P&G takes pride in not offering a "traditional graduate program with rotations or gradual ramp-up periods". Instead, it hands grads and interns real responsibility for the moment you walk through the door. You'll be networking with the best in the industry and working alongside a team of dedicated individuals.

We offer internships and graduate programs across 4 different business units: Sales, Brand Management, Finance and Product Supply. We accept students from all different fields of study. Applications for our programs go live in Feb/ March so be on the lookout!

To apply for our internships or graduate roles, you will need to submit:

  • Resume
  • Cover Letter
  • Australian's Drivers License (Sales Grads Only)

The below is what to expect in our recruitment process:

  1. Complete our Online Assessment! It should only take about 30 minutes to complete
  2. Attend a 30-45 minute screening interview with a leader from the respective business unit you have applied for to answer some situational and behavioural questions.
  3. Attend a panel interview with our leadership team from multiple business functions. Don't forget to ask our panellists questions as many of our interviewers started out as grads and interns!
  4. Accept your offer with P&G!

Remuneration & Career Growth
