Please comment on your company's office space, location and facilities. And while we're at it, please tell us a little about the dress code.
There's a lot of different places to work, and depending on where you work there's a lot of variety on what you can wear. The facilities overall are pretty good across the board, however desk space is generally limited in some areas. As for dress code, as long as you are presentable to a business to business casual level, anything goes! I've dyed my hair almost every colour of the rainbow and worn a bunch of makeup over the years, and no one bats an eye.
Company office space is good, has its pros and cons being an open space office. In terms of location it has worked well with local public transport options being readily accessible. Downside is its facilities, there is a severe lack in a DPN/DSN terminal options. This causes employees to seek 'hot-desk' options at nearby defence bases, when critical work needs to be completed on the defence's network. Lastly, the dress code appears slightly infrequent (with some people wearing polos and jeans to full gowns/three piece suits). Due to not having a provided uniform, this does not set the standard of dress code nor displays a form of unity.
Company office is spacious - during proposal time it is highly disruptive with regards to meeting rooms. Location is ok. No formal dress code.
The office space is a formal office environment, with plenty of plants to create a nice feel. The facilities are of a high standard, I work out of the office in Fortitude Valley. The dress code is business casual.
