Mark Kirpichnikov

Every day is different, and it’s often something new. A mix of working on customer support cases, project work for the betterment of Technical Services employees and customer experience, and more.

5.30 AM - 9.00 AM

I have a flexible working model (1-2 days in the office per week). So I’m either:

  1. getting ready and commuting (long) to the office, or
  2. managing the morning routine with the kids at home, and stepping into my home office at the very last minute.

Every day is different, and it’s often something new. A mix of working on customer support cases, assisting colleagues in their support case work, putting in my best at slack banter, project work for the betterment of Technical Services employee and customer experience, working on customer/product feedback for Product Teams, interviewing potential future team members, training and mentoring colleagues, and progressing my professional learning (1 hr protected learning time four days a week is awesome).

If I’m in the office, the feasting table of office snacks and beverages fuels my brain.

Lunch time varies depending on work for the day, but enjoy a provided office lunch or whip something up at home.

More of the things I mentioned above - every day is different. Occasionally unwind with some colleagues over an office-provided drink (non-alcoholic of course…) and some ping-pong, pool, or board games.

Either:

  1. run for the train if working from the office, or
  2. wife and kids smash the home office door down
