Inclusive Family Building

The definition of family is different to everyone, but Mastercard wants to ensure that accessibility to have a family is as less stressful as possible. If an employee chooses to have a family, we want to ensure that they are able to approach this journey with as much excitement as possible.

Mastercards Inclusive Family Building policy provides funding to support employees working through IVF, Surrogacy or Adoption processes to make the journey to building a family that bit more attainable.

Covering the gap between government subsidies and private health insurance to ensure as little impact to the employee as possible.

We have some amazing success stories in Australia of employees who have used this benefit to freeze their eggs and have children through either IVF for themselves, or surrogacy processes.

PRIDE Business Resource Group

Our PRIDE Business Resource Group (BRG) creates a welcoming space for LGBTQIA+ employees to bring their true selves to work. 

PRIDE BRG serves as an advisor and advocate to drive LGBTQIA+ equity and inclusion within Mastercard and in our communities.
