Our commitment is underscored by our participation in Disability:IN Inclusion Works and The Valuable 500, a global collective of CEOs committed to disability inclusion.

One of our nine Business Resources Groups (BRG) is ADAPT, a global network of support for Mastercard employees with disabilities, their friends, family and colleagues. Our ADAPT BRG consists of 800+ members across our offices covering a wide variety of inclusion topics such as mental health, neurodiversity, physical disability and much more.
