Working Hours at Leidos Australia

8.1
8.1 rating for Working Hours, based on 29 reviews
How flexible is your company when it comes to hours?
The company is very flexible and you can choose how much you want to work in the day. Most of the managers in the company don't mind you working less some days and more the others as long as you complete your full time hours weekly.

Hours are flexible, however there is no work from home. Time-in-leiu is a good way of banking leave.

As long as you meet the number of hours specified in your contract, it doesn't matter how you make them up. It's pretty regular to "frontload" a week, so you can go home earlier on a Friday. We have an RDO program, basically you work an extra 20 minutes a day and then get an extra day off a month.

When I work my hours is flexible, and there can be opportunities for overtime.

Very. I am required by my team to be in the office at least once a week.

I haven't strayed too far out of working the usual work hours, however, Leidos is incredibly accommodating if you have personal commitments. I have yet to have an issue with flexibility.

Hours are reasonable. I am able to use time in lieu if excessive amounts of overtime are required of me.

I really appreciate the flexibility to work from 7:30 and 3:30 as it allows me to continue to balance my life with outside activities such as sports. However, my hours must be always on site and often outweigh the time needed to complete work I am given.

I haven't worked many flexible hours, but to my knowledge Leidos is very accommodating for individuals who have personal commitments throughout the week.

For me, I have signed up to work 40 hours a week. Within the week, I would need to fulfil the 40 hours. But the hours are pretty flexible.

Very flexible. As long as you do your required hours the time you come in/leave doesn't really matter.

They are very flexible. I can start at a time that is convenient to me.

Company is very flexible - as long as you complete your hours for the week it is up to you how you'd like to work the week.

I work 7:00-3:30 or 8:00-4:30 five days a week in the office. Company is quite flexible with the hours you work as long as you get everything done and are there during core business hours (9:00-3:00)

A high degree of flexibility in work hours, allows you to start early or late, accumulate hours for shorter days, and ensure a balance between work and personal commitments.

I need to be in the office for only 1-2 days a week. Working hours are only for 7.6

Very flexible, respectful of work/life balance.

My company is highly flexible with the hours we work which is great! Due to my far travel distance I would love to have less hours, however, that is impossible in my current role - this is why I did not provide a higher rating above.

Hours are very flexible. As long as you do your required hours for the day, you can come in any time while the office is open between around 7am-6pm. You can also work extra and build up time to take off on other days.
