Job Description:

As a Graduate in the Project Management program you will gain experience in project management office functions, project control functions and project management. You will work in conjunction with more experienced project staff to begin building knowledge and experience in areas such as scheduling, financial management, delivery assurance, reporting, project governance and stakeholder management. Graduates will work on small projects supporting project managers and well as having the opportunity to lead small projects to develop project management skills.

Your journey starts from Day 1.

You will take part in a structured induction program where you will have the opportunity to meet other graduates from your cohort across Australia and New Zealand and undertake training to get you up to speed with the DXC environment and build your interpersonal skills.
