Parental Leave Policy
Dolby recognises the importance of employees taking time off work for the birth or adoption of their children without loss of pay. For this reason, Dolby offers eligible employees Dolby Paid Parental Leave options a child is born or adopted.
If you are a full-time or part-time employee and take Statutory Unpaid Parental Leave, subject to these guidelines, you will also receive Dolby Paid Parental Leave of:
- Sixteen (16) weeks at normal base weekly salary as the primary caregiver; and
- Four (4) weeks at normal base weekly salary as the secondary caregiver
