How accessible are managers and do they make good mentors? You may want to address internal communication, performance feedback or praise and recognition.
Depends on the manager. Fairly well the agency is small so communication is good.

Good mentors and are very accessible, grad program offers a dedicated senior mentor.

Managers and senior leadership are brilliant. Accessible, encouraging, forthcoming with feedback, transparent, genuine. They're great. Some of the assistant managers (EL1) are a little bit micromanage-y but anyone above that seems pretty brilliant.

There are some EMs who take part to be a mentor as part of the graduate program. I would highly recommend to make use of this initiative provided. My manager/supervisors do communicate frequently with the team through regular branch meetings.

This is very dependent on the team you are in, and their management style. I believe managers have made themselves available and provided mentorship during my time at ACMA.

My supervisor (not my section manager) has been very supportive and should be commended. In my desires for certain skills, and trying to plan out further education she has been very supportive. It has been really nice knowing that I will be supported in this choice by my workplace.
