The APP Corporation Story

Our Evolution

APP was established in 1989, as a project management company in Sydney to the building and construction sector. Within a decade we had expanded nationally and acquired AQUAS, an environmental, quality and safety management systems and compliance audit services business.

In 2006 we were acquired by Broadspectrum (previously Transfield Services) and we further extended our service offering through the acquisition in 2012 of commercial real estate property and asset management business CI Australia (previously Chesterton International (NSW)).

In 2017 we established human resources advisory business Appoint Consulting. 

Broadspectrum was acquired by Ventia in 2020 and APP was divested into private ownership as an independent, operating business in March 2021. With the support of our new owners Five V Capital, APP is excited to be growing our skills, reach and capability through the acquisition of Infrastructure Nation, a strategic transport advisory and project management company.

Today our national business works on $24B of capital value for over 500 clients across more than 800 projects annually. Our engagements range from providing advice on small, niche assignments to the full spectrum of end-to-end services on major landmark projects, and everything in between. We have a dedicated, hard-working culture and a workforce that continues to deliver beyond expectations.

Remuneration

The average APP salary ranges from approximately $72,000 per year for an Assistant Project Manager to $180,000 per year
