Right now, work hours are quite standard. But as with all project-based jobs, one should not expect to have set hours always.

You are required to be at your desk during trading hours. Not much flexibility there. But no fixed required hours beyond that. Sometimes I feel motivated and stay back longer; sometimes I am tired and go home early. I am also scheduled to come in on some weekends. But it's nice that Akuna will credit you a day of leave each day you are required to work on a weekend or public holiday.

Sometimes I may have to work on weekends, but Akuna credits me a day of leave if I do. Depending on which market you are trading on, you may have weird hours. But if you need to work late, you just start later so the total hours doesn't change much.
