Candidates can expect a very friendly application process where they will be treated like a person and not a number. We believe in hiring people on their merit and in the way they conduct themselves. We do not have a formal graduate intake every year and we evaluate each person as they come.
What our successful candidates have in common is a good work ethic and a willingness to learn. Working life compared to university life is a stepping stone and our young engineers are always willing to learn and try new things.
Agonis has such a breath of expertise, industries and services that our young engineers gain a heap of experience in different parts of the business. Some projects last for a few months and some take much longer which allows our graduates to gain vital knowledge within each different project.
The successful candidates will be also placed in our young engineer group known as the Saplings. The Saplings get together bi monthly to discuss any opportunities, problems or other matters they are passionate about. Allowing them to have support within the business while also being able to catch up and see each other throughout the year.
