Very flexible with working from home situation which generally keeps everyone very happy. Culture is good and so far, I have only had positive experiences with my colleagues. Everyone is very friendly and supportive, and people will often go out of their way to help you develop.

The culture can be described as inclusive. Even though there is a "hierarchy", just like in any organisation, the team at Adobe are very welcoming and this allows anyone at any level to feel like they are genuinely part of a great team. Adobe does a lot to help team members socialise, whether that's through virtual events or after-hours events (pre/post lockdown). As an Adobe employee, I definitely feel connected despite whether I am working from home or going into the office.
