Managers are very busy so you have to take initiative to make time and get feedback but they are very knowledgeable and will coach you.

I think some managers are extremely accessible and are very supportive. Some managers are so busy and overwhelmed with their day-to-day work that it is very difficult to speak to them and get feedback, or receive feedback in a timely fashion that does not limit your productivity.

There is a large gap between upper and middle management. I have been very fortunate with great mentors and receive recognition and feedback. I do acknowledge this seems like a rare experience.

My Manager is very accessible and he always makes time for me to review my work or explain a task that I need to do and he is always available for questions. He is a great mentor and very patient to answer all of my questions.

Due to the scale of the project, I know that some managers can be somewhat inaccessible, and you sometimes have to plan ahead to ensure you have time to speak with them. Internal communication and performance feedback have been a little tense previously, but have far improved in recent months. Praise and recognition is done openly within the team.

Acciona leaders are very approachable and friendly in my opinion. They are great leaders and mentors and can give great advice about career progression. They communicate openly, and give praise and recognition when deserved. Leaders in Acciona treat you like equals, they do not impose their power over you.

Extremely satisfied. Each manager always provides excellent feedback when I ask for it and often allows me to do my job without micromanaging my work. They make great mentors and I have learnt an immense amount from them in regard to my role but also how to balance work and life.

My direct manager is the most effective manager I have ever experienced. Extremely knowledgeable, communicates well, recognizes continuous efforts and achievements, fosters social events outside of work. Cannot speak high enough of my manager - other managers I cannot comment as I rarely have much to do but when I do I have had pleasant interactions
