Cultural & Linguistic Diversity at Accenture Australia and New Zealand

We embrace indigenous heritage and cultural diversity, providing our people with opportunities to advance their careers.
  • Accenture’s ambition is to be the most inclusive and diverse company in the world. These steps to fight racism are an essential step in accelerating a culture of equality to ensure all our people feel they belong.
  • Accenture values and understands that cultural diversity is a key success factor and competitive advantage in our offerings to clients. A diverse workforce provides a broader skill base, which in turn develops more creative and innovative solutions to enable high performance.
  • In 2022, Accenture launch its first Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) and artwork created by artist and Wonaruah woman Saretta Fielding. The RAP brings our many existing partnerships with First Nations organisations and communities into a formal, coordinated program of work that we can report on, learn from and build on each year.

Inclusion Starts With I

Bias can appear in both expected and unexpected ways. But each of us has the power to make a difference and create a positive, inclusive work environment.
